Does every kitchen come with a 10 Year written warranty?
Every Kitchen Point kitchen is backed by our 10 year written warranty on kitchen cabinets, doors and laminated bench tops. So you have the peace of mind when purchasing a itchen point kitchen of knowing that it has a 10 year written warranty backed by Australia's number one homemaker brand.

What is the difference between assembled cabinets and flat pack?
The way we deliver our kitchens is different from many other large suppliers. Kitchen Point kitchen cabinets are pre-assembled in our factory. Apart from saving you time, money and heartache, this gives us the chance to check the finished quality of every kitchen cabinet before it leaves our factory.    

All of the high quality cabinetry fronts including doors & panels are individually packed in protective cardboard and foam to prevent any damage that may occur during shipping,  storage and handling.  We are committed to delivering the highest level of quality and finish to you.  As this is the case we also pack the Coloured Cabinets such as our open shelves and components which will require assembly on-site. Usually this is only one or two cabinets in the overall kitchen and is done to ensure the quality of finish we know you expect.

How will I get my kitchen delivered?
Our specialist team will safely unload your kitchen into the ground floor room of your choice. Kitchen Point is committed to offering not only high quality products but also the highest level of customer service, and our delivery service is no exception.

Can I supply my own bench tops?
Yes. We can supply and deliver your kitchen and you can purchase your own bench tops from a supplier of your choice. We make it very easy to purchase a Kitchen Point kitchen.

Can a designer come to my home for an obligation free consultation?
Our Design Consultants can meet with you in one of our stores , otherwise they can make a phone appointment with you to discuss your ktichen design and kitchen needs over the phone.
We do not offer an in-home design appointment.
